About Healthy Happy Eating

The Healthy Happy Eating concept began twenty one years ago with the birth of my three sons. With each child, I hoped that, regardless of their life choices, they would lead healthy and happy lives. As time passed, I focused on teaching the boys how to eat nutritious foods and maintain balanced lifestyles. My interest eventually led me to obtain a certification in holistic nutrition from the American Fitness Professionals and Association (AFPA) followed by a certification to teach yoga from Lifepower Yoga. This, combined with my business education, led me to launch Healthy Happy Eating. I am now grateful for the opportunity to blend my passion for learning with my desire to help others. It is my hope that Healthy Happy Eating is helpful as you create your healthy and happy future.
